How to apply for a course
You can apply for courses in Ontrack Learner Hub.
Apply for a course as follows:

Go to your institution’s website and select the course you want to apply for. The Ontrack Learner Hub login page opens in your web browser.

Sign in to Ontrack Learner Hub. If you haven’t used Ontrack Learner Hub before, select the option to register and create your account.
After you sign in, the Application form – personal details page opens.

The application form contains several pages where you must enter your details. Select when you finish each page.

Use this page to update your account details and contact information.

Use this page to provide equal opportunities and support needs information.
- Qualifications

Use this page to add qualifications that support your application.
- Evidence

Use this page to upload evidence that supports your application.
- Data protection

Use this page to provide consent for how your data is used.
- Review

Use this page to check that all information in your application is correct.
When you finish all sections and submit your application.
To save an incomplete application, select at the bottom of any page, except the Review and Submit page. -
If an interview is required, choose an available interview time from the drop‑down list and select .
You’ll receive an email confirming your interview time and location. Your submitted application is also displayed on the homepage.
